Please contact your pharmacy in order to refill medications. All prescription refills take 24-48 hours to process, please plan accordingly.
If you need to access your medical records, our patient portal has all your health information. If you wish to send a copy to another provider, that provider can request your records free of charge. Record request for personal use and pick up has a charge 42$ per set of records.
We provide Immigration Physical Exams for the I-693, which is required in order to obtain permanent residency card or a green card. Hillside's staff is trained to make this process as simple and easy as possible.

Hillside Family Health Clinic accepts and bills all insurance. However, it is up to the patient to find out if we are in-network with their insurance.

Hillside accecptes the following types of medicaid programs:

We do not accept Amerigroup Medicaid Insurance.
Medicare is always welcome at Hillside Family Health Clinic. Patients will need to verify if Medicare is primary or secondary and if we are in-network with any additional insurance's they may have.
No referral is required unless specified by your insurance. However, in order to make referrals to specialists such as OBGYN, orthopedic, or any type of therapist, we must be listed as the Primary Care Physician with your insurance.
Hillside Family Health Clinic experiences a high call volume everyday. If you are experiencing an emergency please go to the ER or call 9-1-1. For non-emergency's such as billing questions, questions for the provider, and scheduling non-emergent appointments please use our patient portal.
What is patient portal and how do I get one?
Patient portal is a customized portal to each one of our patients. It has all of your health information plus direct access to your provider. You can also access billing, immunization records, notifications from your provider, scheduling appointments, and appointment reminders. Here at Hillside Family Health Clinic we pride ourselves in the protection of care and health of our patients and their families. One of the most important things in protecting our patients is following the vaccination schedule recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as the American Board of Pediatrics. For this reason Hillside will not accept patients who do not believe in vaccines with or without a waiver. This allows us to provide the safest environment for our patients and their health.
